SPECO offers a free teardown and inspection program to help you decide how to proceed with seemingly faulty or worn-out compressors and equipment. We provide this service free of charge for:

> Complete rotary compressors

> Air ends

> Reciprocating cylinders (1.5” - 36” bore)

> Reciprocating compressor valves

> Reciprocating compressor piston & rod assemblies

> Connecting rods, crossheads, or connecting rod assemblies

> Intercoolers and aftercoolers

You can send us any of these items and you will only be charged for the freight, which we can help you get a discount for.

This service can help you review all of your options when it is time to replace your equipment - without spending a lot of money. If we feel that your equipment is salvageable, we can offer you a overhaul solution that will save you a significant amount of money.

The valves shown below were sent in by a customer for inspection. Our service technicians found fault with some of the valves, and the rest were refinished and returned to the customer.
