Worthington Oil / Water Separators

Conform to EPA Regulations and Avoid Heavy Fines.

Legally dispose of filtered condensate into the sanitary sewer.

Most US States require hydrocarbon levels of less than 50 ppm to be legally disposed in the sewer system.Worthington Condensate Plus units can separate most compressor oils down to 15 ppm or less and polyglycols down to 50 ppm or less. Models are available for units of flow 1.5 to 50 gallons per hour.

The Condensate Plus Advantages

> Gravity separation forĀ most compressor lubricants

> Maintenance-free simple design has no moving parts.

> Impact-resistant, high density polypropylene construction

> Two coalescing packs for extra filtration and longer lasting filter

> No external power required

Easy Care Patented External Filter

Condensate Plus utilizes a patented External Activated Carbon Filter polishing unit to facilitate easy filter change without having to enter the unit and create internal turbulence. Depending on varying factors such as lubricant type, a carbon filter lasts from 9-12 months and 1-9 months with polyglycols.

Reduce costs of disposal contractors

A 50 HP compressor can produce as much as 10,000 gallons per year of contaminated condensate. When considering a $2 to $5 per gallon disposal fee, a H2Oil/ Separator can save you thousands. The savings realized by eliminating high cost disposal fees will provide you with a quick return on your investment of only a few months.

Three Phase Separation

The three separation methods used by the Condesate Plus are coalescing, gravity separation, and carbon absorption. Some lubricants such as polyglycols and phosphate esters have a specific gravity equal to or greater than water. Because of this higher specific gravity, special equipment is needed to effect separation of these fluids from water. The Condensate Plus can deliver 50 ppm or less of polyglycols.
